HPE ProLiant Compute for Azure Local offers the ease of an appliance-like solution experience, powered by a dedicated virtualization OS platform consumed as an Azure cloud service and refreshed semi-annually, combined with the HPE ProLiant Compute platform. Using either the HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen11 server or the HPE ProLiant DL145 Gen11 server, this solution provides the security and efficiency well known for the HPE ProLiant Compute server platform. When augmented with HPE deployment and configuration services, available Azure Local compliant HPE Aruba Networking and HPE Networking Comware switches, and rolling testing of OS, driver, and firmware updates, customers can confidently implement and operate a modern platform for their workloads.

    When acquired with deployment and integration services, the HPE ProLiant Server Premier Solutions and Integrated Systems for Azure Local can be confidently and rapidly deployed optionally with the available Azure Local compliant HPE Aruba Networking and HPE Networking Comware switches.
    HPE ProLiant Server Premier Solutions and Integrated Systems for Azure Local include specialized support ensuring cases are opened directly with subject matter experts who, through HPE's joins support agreement, have the ability to open cases directly with Microsoft when necessary.
    HPE Standard Solution Builder Extension (SBE), exclusive to HPE ProLiant Server Premier Solutions and Integrated Systems for Azure Local, are used to deploy HPE server component firmware and drivers using Microsoft's update service in the same manner as Azure Local Solution Updates are deployed.
